3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible if:
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unworn, unwashed, unused with tags
- You provide proof of purchase
Not eligible if:
- Item is on clearance, final sale, or purchased with a discount code
- Item is damaged, worn, or returned without approval
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued as store credit
- Credit card refunds are not offered
- Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Restocking & Shipping
- A $5 TTD restocking fee applies to exchanges
- Customers cover return shipping costs
- Unauthorized returns may be refused
Cancellations
- Allowed only before shipping
- Must be requested in writing (email or social)
- Phone cancellations are not accepted

Domestic Shipping (Trinidad & Tobago)
- Orders are processed in 1–5 business days
- Shipping costs $45 TTD
- Delivered within 2–3 business days via TTPOST or private courier
International Shipping
- Rates and times depend on location and carrier
- Displayed at checkout
- We do not ship to hotels or temporary addresses
Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordered items are paid at checkout
- Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together
- The return window starts once the item is shipped, not ordered
